Description

The ELDWICK Media unit has a sturdy Industrial feel Silver frame which is complimented perfectly with the chunky (38mm) Rustic wood in a choice of 5 colours to match your environment.  The framework comes partially built up so all you need to do is join the two end pieces with the cross tube and secure the wood making installation a very quick process compared to your high street flat pack items.

The frame work is steel tube in 34mm diameter so it is a very substantial piece of furniture.

This design has round feet to on the legs but we also do a version without these included, see our WAKEFIELD design.

The sizes we offer as standard are listed to purchase but if you have a gap where a specific size is required then please just contact us for a custom piece as we can make something to fit any space.

Wood Type and Finish

Our Media unit is made from Kiln-Dried timber that has a moisture content similar to that in an average home to reduce cracking and splitting.  We lovingly sand the wood to make sure it is smooth to the touch but at the same time we try to maintain the Rustic look and feel so you see the charm of the wood which includes unique grain patterns, saw marks and small cracks which all add to the character.

The wood is finished in a choice of 5 colours of FIDDES Hard wax Oil which provides excellent protection to the wood as well as a nice feel to it.  Unlike rubbed in wax this product soaks into the wood and stops the risk of the wax coming off on clothes etc.  A clear coat is added over the top of the colour and then we buff it for a nice sheen.
