This single handrail has as many uprights as you need depending on the length of the handrail you specify. It can either be secured into the ground with concrete or fixed to the ground using a selection of bases. This option allows you to make the handrail totally bespoke to your dimensions within one millimetre, just enter your dimensions into the boxes for Height and Length.
The angle of the handrail is fully adjustable using the two Key Clamp Fittings that swivel inside one another and are then final secured by tightening the grub screw onto the tube with a simple Allen key that is supplied. This is often used on driveways and steep access steps due to is flexible handrail angle.
The handrail runs offset from the uprights and inbound to make it easy to hold. It is also secured from the underside with the supporting bracket so that the handrail is fully smooth and continuous along its length.
This handrail comes in three powder coated finishes from stock which are Green, Black and White. The powder coating is applied over the galvanised finish so you still get excellent corrosion resistance as well as the colour to suit your environment.
The black and white options we offer go very well with windows, gutters and fences of the same colour. The green we offer is known as Council Green which blends in to the environment very well and match’s with common fences and handrails often already installed in this colour. Just select the colour option from the drop down menu.
If you are using a base with this handrail just select the material you are fixing to and we will supply the correct fixings to secure it. If you are not using a base just ensure you add on the amount of material you wish to sink into the ground, we recommend a minimum of 200mm.
