Description
This frame has been designed to provide a very simple way to exercise at home. It provides adjustable supports for a weight bar to do squats and or bench pressing. The supports can be adjusted up and down the uprights until the desired height is reached and then locked off with the supplied allen key.
It is free standing and although it is very strong in the directions that it needs to be to support the weight bars, it can be easily moved to the desired location for exercising.
It can be used inside or outside and can be left outside without the worry about it getting damaged due to its galvanised protective frame.
