Orders under £150.00 (excluding VAT) are subject to a minimum delivery charge of £9.99 and for remote areas or faster services maybe subject to additional charges which are displayed at the point of check out.
All orders under £150.00 to remote or offshore areas are delivered at £19.95 minimum or otherwise stated at the point of checkout.
The size and shape of the products can mean that sometimes the delivery charge on the website can not be accurate so we reserve the right to amend the carriage charge if we need to but this would be discussed with you before shipping anything or billing any extras.
We aim to despatch all stocked items the same or next day on a next day carrier. Orders of kits which require lots of cutting and packing maybe subject to additional days before shipping but we endeavour to send goods out as quickly as we can. We will stay in communication with you to inform you if there are any unplanned delays.
We class the following areas as remote or offshore: Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scotland postcodes (subject to change); AB31-38, AB41-45, AB51-56, FK19-21, HS1-9, IV1-28, IV30-36, IV41-49, IV51-56, IV63, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-38, PA41-49, PA60-69, PA71-78, PH1, PH5-10, PH15-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE1-3. If you require delivery to these areas, please select the Remote/Offshore option in the shipping section of your order details. Failure to select the correct shipping area will delay the despatch of your order.

Delivery times are subject to stock availability. You may check availability of products before you place your order. Our large stocks mean that we normally maintain a same day despatch service for all orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday.
Online orders are despatched via the most appropriate courier service who will deliver to your stated delivery address between 8am and 5pm, Monday-Friday. To improve security, we request that you (or a representative from your company/member of your household) sign for the goods being delivered. If for any reason you are not in, our courier will leave a calling card explaining your options.
We reserve the right to use an alternative courier or delivery service without notice or refund.
